May 2005

Dearly Beloved in Christ,

Greetings to you all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

By God’s grace, I will be completing one year this month with all of you. During the past year, we have experienced God’s abundant blessings. Also all of you have whole heartedly cooperated with us and prayed for us. Jesus Christ came into this world to make Himself known to all human beings. He gave Himself so that we may have abundant life.

He has dedicated time and eternity to the project of making us what He intended us to be. He has redeemed us. By way of the Law and the Gospels, we have heard and accepted the truth of His eternal love. Yet, He is not finished with us. As we are “able to hear it”, He continues to let us find deeper insights about ourselves and about Himself and His purposes for us.

Thus we grow and nurture as His sons and daughters. Assuming that we are ever alert and obedient to His truth, He enables us to recognize and embrace it. He won’t give up on any of us. He loves each one of us and takes His time with each of us in order that all of us may be what He wants us to be.

Let us pray to God that, “Lord we seek your guidance to lead a witnessing life.

Summer vacations of our children are nearing. I pray and hope that our children will use these vacations meaningfully and effectively. Let us always be happy with the Lord.

Yours in Christ’s Love

Jojan Achen
